Stacy D. Fulcher is the owner of The Fulcher Law Firm. He has many years of experience in the areas of criminal law, family law, and personal injury law. He is also a former mediator. In addition, he has previous experience working as a sports agent. Stacy represented several major league baseball players and high draft picks.
Stacy grew up in New Bern, North Carolina. His father was a former Marine and his mother a seamstress. He received his degree in business management in 1994 from Hofstra University with honors. In 1997, he graduated from New York Law School also with honors. While in law school he was honored for his achievements by being selected to the Journal of Human Rights at New York Law School. He was licensed to practice law in North Carolina and in the District of Columbia in 1998 and in Florida in 1999.
Stacy opened his Albemarle office in 2010. He is active at Immanuel Baptist Church and in the community. He has previously served as president of the District 20-A bar. He currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Stanly County Juvenile Restitution Board.
